Rules: Must be 21 years or older and a California resident to participate in this contest. One entry per applicant. Tickets are not redeemable for cash value. Regular event prices are $35 in advance and $45 at the venue entrance. Winning photo will be selected by Visit Carlsbad. Vulgar, profane or offensive material will not be considered.
