We prepare gelato in small batches every day, using only our authentic Italian recipes. We installed in the heart of Carlsbad an authentic Gelato Lab: all the machines and displays are imported from Italy, to combine the traditional preparation method with the freshest California ingredients. The pure alkaline Carlsbad water makes it even better!
