The Carlsbad Chocolate Bar was established in December 2008. In July 2011, the Carlsbad Chocolate Bar relocated to the corner of State and Carlsbad Village Drive. They offer an extensive variety of chocolates, full coffee and expresso bar, and retail wines, ports, and champagne. The establishment partners with local manufacturers and purchases its coffee beans locally. It is locally owned and operated.
