Pure Project is a small batch, ingredient-centric craft brewery with a mission to build community and a reverence for beer as an agricultural product by staying true to our ethos of quality ingredients, sustainability, and attention to detail.

To us, beer is art. We believe every beer should tell a story; just like a world class meal, a perfect cup of coffee or a timeless wine, and we aim to bring that same level of passion, creativity and artistry to the ever evolving craft beer community. We look forward to sharing our art with that movement by focusing on quality and experience to give context to the beer in your glass.

While Pure Project’s main brewery is located in Miramar, Pure Project Carlsbad Brewery & Tap Room is located in the heart of Carlsbad Village on State Street. From on-site aging in oak barrels, to west-facing views and even an open-air patio with a distinctly tropical “Biergarten” vibe, this location has it all. Specifically designed to make you feel like you are sitting on a large porch whether sitting inside or out, the roll-up doors open the space to invite the bustling activity in.
